    Morning,

I watched your video and it was very informative, I have recently encountered something simular and was a bit taken back by the situation that I have had to take a few days to consider how the appropriate way to handle it would be because the last thing I as an owner want to do is to react on the spur of the moment. I have made it my position to investigate all of the facts and have almost come to my conclustion. I really appreciate your tips and the information is very helpful.

    Thanks again,
    Miranda L. Finch

Miranda, thanks for your note! It sounds like you’re on the right track – ‘ready, aim, fire’ –not ‘ready, fire, aim’. Wishing you much success in your cleaning business. Dan, CleanGuru LLC
