    Dan, while you are correct, it is maybe that prior clients want you back even cheaper if they went through a cheaper competitor. I learned that I always lost accounts was by price, not service. In my years of business for 30 years, I never lost an account to poor cleaning but only price. In my years of business of being nice, the last time I got an old client back was 18 years ago accept from one client 3 years ago, who fired me for a cheaper unlicensed cleaning service and a year later wanted me back. I declined working for them again and said my fee is higher and personally wasn’t interested anyway.

    It is rare to get old clients back, while it happens they assume your desperate and you need the money. I am not in that situation and glad I can pick my clients.

    Couple weeks ago, I purchase the best bidding software. I am very impressed of your professionalism, vision and knowlegment, terms you use to describe and expresions. I won’t stop reading or watching your videos as soon as I log in. I need to create a web for ABC Commercial Cleaning, it is a small company a friend and I just started, we are receiving support from another janitorial company that uses us as a subcontractor but we may make more money if will have our own contracts. Really need your help Dan to grow in the cleaning industry!
