It is better to be honest what realistically you can do with the available manpower than promise additional manpower that you do not have. Quite often, the customers will appreciate waiting additional day for extra cleaning.
Only promise what you can deliver. Bottom line is always important. You cannot treat every customer the same way without hurting the others.
