    Nice tips. I’m from Simpo Cleaning and I’ve been following your videos on Youtube for awhile.

    We used to be very aggressive in terms of pushing for the sale but this year we’ve changed our strategy to “aim to be next”. It’s already working wonders, we are not only picking up new accounts but also better accounts from clients who are less difficult to deal with and better to work for (this is because they focus on quality and not price).
