Hi Dan, Jason and I would love to thankyou so very very much for this information. we have been in business for 14 years and had kind of lost a bit of interest in our company, the fire was going out. But after discovering you on u tube we are as excited as we were the day we started. Thankyou again :-)

We were just wondering … exactly how did you TRACK THE TIME SPENT ON SITE with your cleaners? We do not provide cars, they take their own (so GPS is out of the question I guess … and is also quite a pricey option). We do pay for mileage inbetween jobs. Also we tend to have one cleaner per site generally.

Am keen to know what you had in place and if it is a pricey option.

    Thankyou again, your biggest fans

P.S. Love the book (daunting at first, because we have so much to implement but after breaking it down it doesn’t seem so bad).

Helen, thanks so much for your kind note! I’m happy to hear you find my videos valuable and encouraging!! To answer your question, I think an automated ‘telephone timekeeping’ might be something you want to check in to. We put one in place and found it more than paid for itself – and in a relatively short period of time. Can’t recommend a specific kind or manufacturer because it’s been tooo long ago – over 20 yrs ago! ( ouch?!…that makes me feel old – lol). But, the good news is a quick internet search for the term ‘telephone timekeeping’ will generate a number of these kinds of programs to compare. Hope that helps and wishing you and Jason much success in your cleaning businesss!!! Dan
