Excellent video and training. It’s so true what you are saying. Congratulation to have found the way to make business and be so prosperous. Your billing theory sure works out well…Thanks for the tip. We were doing it for longer contracts ( 1 to 3 years..like schools) but we were not doing it for the regular small customer or private operated business. Now what we do is customer with a contract pays at the end of the month (because they are billed at the beginning) and the customer who has no contract have to pay when the job is done. I am looking forward your next video.
