Fine.   But ,for the janitorial business owner, if they’re not careful, it can spell trouble.     Thanks for the heads up on this type of bid. I have never been ask to do a group bid but it’s a good thing to have knowledge on as we are planning to expand more into commercial cleaning next year.

  3. Hi Dan I just watched your video and I would agree highly with you. I have been to many group walk throughs for government and commercial properties needing bids or rfp’s and one suggestion I would offer is keep calm don’t be intimidated by the other bidders and listen to all the questions the other companies may ask. They might just ask a really good question you should have.
