    Need info. on web site design & marketing as moving to Oregon from Wyoming (where I do well) Oregon is a different market with tons of cleaning companies soooo would like to start NOW how to market in a competitive market.

    Thanks for note! Many of the important elements of marketing apply just as well to websites as they do to other marketing mediums like sales letters, brochures etc. Here are a few of those important elements:

    1. Creating a powerful headline highlighting the important ways in which your cleaning business differs from your competitors
    2. Including your photo (owner(s)) to put a ‘face’ on the company
    3. Testimonials from customers (written or video)
    4. List of guarantees, if you offer them
    5. If applicable, a ‘free offer’ to attract prospects to allow you to submit a bid.
    6. Online ‘Opt-in’ which asks for and secures permission for you to begin communicating/emailing your prospects updates, offers and other communication.

    We don’t currently design or host websites for cleaning businesses, but may in the future. For now, you may want to conduct an online search to find out who offers these services, compare their prices and experience and, if available, check with companies they list as references.
