Hi Dan I own a cleaning co. on Rhode Island we lost over
$72,000 in the last 2 years because of big national co. under bidding our accounts. We don’t have enough money to market our business because now we are just getting by, what would you suggest?
Ed
Ed, sorry to hear about the accounts you lost to those big national cleaning management outfits. You’re definately not alone, we had to put up their ‘low ball’ pricing in our cleaning business too. I’ll email you a few ideas! Dan
Hey Dan,
I am starting a cleaning company with a focus on post construction Final clean.
And have been having problems, putting together worthy brochures and marketing pieces for contractors as well as making sure I have all the necessary tools etc for anything that may arise cost wise. I’m sort of stuck.
