    Thanks for the great video Dan.

    I was wondering what’s the best way to approach companies that tell you they have someone doing the cleaning and they are very happy with them? Do you try to push and still get the contact info for the decision maker or let it slide and maybe call them in 6 months?

    Hi Conor, thanks for your comment. Glad you’re finding the videos valuable. Nothing wrong with explaining to the person at the building that you’d like to start sending some info ‘now and then’ to the person in charge of the cleaning – and, wondered who they thought would be the best person to send it to. It’s the approach we recommend to our members. We refer to as a S.M.A.R.T call and the idea is to identify the primary decision maker at the buildings you want to clean in a low or no pressure way.
